Echo Bend at the Taste the Local Difference Winter Event

This Saturday, February 25, is the very first MLUI Taste the Local Difference Winter Celebration at Crystal Mountain Resort and Spa — and Echo Bend will be there selling our wares and CSA shares!

Local chefs will be showcasing delicious winter dishes made with ingredients from local farms and they’ll even show you how to make them at home!
The chefs include:

Susan Odom of Hillside Homestead in Suttons Bay

Chef Lynne Brach of Hearthside Meals in Suttons Bay
Don and Marylou Coe of TASTES of Black Star Farms
Food Service Director Renee DeWindt of Benzie County Public Schools
Daniel Marbury and Kirsten Gerbatsch of FoodCorps

 There will also be beverage producers and farmers, including: Light of Day Organics, Higher Grounds Trading Company, Right Brain Brewery, Acoustic Mead, Black Star Farms, Douglas Valley Winery, Northern Natural Organics, Farmer Whites, The May Farm, and us, from Echo Bend!
